One’s life can be recorded by various mediums, such as scripts and images. Hangeul, my mother tongue, would be a perfect tool to describe my life up to date. Essential elements that frame my life-people I love, cities I’ve lived, schools I’ve attended, places I’ve worked at, and the faith I believe in- are all transcribed onto a piece of cloth and then made into a dress.

Materials

Digitally printed polyester chiffon and tulle, cotton, leather, nylon fancy yarn, and black jade beads.
